I called and got no answer! What's going on?
We do not have an expensive flashy phone system, with operators standing by. We have a single line with voice mail. This is a way to keep costs down and keep our buyback offers high which puts money in your pocket. Everyone here works at a computer and checks email constantly, so by far the best method to ask a question is to send us an email.
