Why Send Feedback?
Feedback is a tool we use to grow and learn. We are interested in your positive comments and stories about CKY Books. We also want to know about any problems you may have had or any constructive criticism that you can offer. We try to learn something from every feedback comment that we receive.
What will you do with my feedback?
The first thing we will do is read it. We will then try to determine what we have done right or wrong and see how we might improve in order to serve our customers better.
Your feedback may be displayed publicly for others to see. Your constructive criticisms could be used in internal company meetings to illustrate problems or system failures.
If your comment is used in such a way it will be in the format of R. Smith, Kansas or Tom S. Idaho. You will not be contacted about your feedback or comment unless you specifically request a response.
